The UP School of Library and Information Studies (UP SLIS) is pleased to announce the release of vol. 40, issue no. 2 of the Philippine Journal of Librarianship and Information Studies (PhJLIS, formerly Journal of Philippine Librarianship or JPL).
This volume contains articles on Freedom of Information (FOI) in the Philippines, personal archiving on Facebook, and document history and analysis of bibliographic records; a viewpoint article on the legal basis of the qualifications of the NLP Director; resource reviews of one LIS handbook and the most commonly used video conferencing applications for online learning; and an editorial piece on how LIS schools in the Philippines have been adjusting their pedagogical strategies under this current pandemic.
